The Goldstar is one of Valstar's varieties, which has been produced in- house. The leaves are a combination of two darkgreen colours with a sunny gold/yellow colour in the nerve parts of the leaves. In the evening the plant closes its leaves as the light fades. Calatheas are named after the Greek word for basket. The flowers are arranged together, resembling a basket. The Goldstar is originally from Brazil, where it is part of the undergrowth.
We deliver this plant in the 13 cm pot size.
